ISHAN..THODA HAT K.PLUTO
Do you know this 17 y/o guy?
Of course, not!
He is Ishan Malhotra, from the Indian state of Rajasthan.
What makes him special?
In Rajasthan, all the farmers were facing a similar difficulty of remoteness of their farm fields from their house.
They have their agricultural machines in their farmhouse, which sometimes, located as far as 1.5 km from their home. The electricity is not stable there, as in the most part of India[3] , it gets several cuts, which makes their machines “off” and to “on” it, farmers have to visit their farms, everytime.
Really a time consuming task, isn't it?
But not anymore.
Ishan had a great idea to save lots of time of farmers living in India.
He uses the so called “21st century's tech.” For this, he made a device named “Pluto.”
If farmers, get this device installed in their circuit of their farmhouse, they can control the On/Off function of their machines with phone itself!
Yes, you read that right.
To On/Off their machines, all they need is to just make a call and press the suitable key, for whether they want to “On” it or “Off it” in their phone.
Isn't it cool?
The icing over the cake is that, this device just cost ₹700- ₹900, which is way more cheaper than most of the heavy agricultural devices for the same purpose!
Well, the sad part of the story is that, very less people knew him and his device.
This thing should be changed, people like Ishan deserves Indian government's support in their projects, which may help the farmers in the agriculture sector, which is one of the major source of income in the total Indian GDP.
